DJI Warranty
DSLRPROS DJI Care is our exclusive extended warranty program, designed to give you peace of mind and extra protection for your drone investment.

Coverage Length: 13 months from the date your product ships

What’s Covered: Accidental damage from pilot error, collisions, drops, water exposure, signal interference, and internal malfunctions

What’s Not Covered: Intentional misuse, modifications, loss or theft, cosmetic wear, consumables (like propellers or batteries), or operation outside manufacturer guidelines

Replacements: One replacement during the coverage term. Replacement may be new or refurbished. If unavailable, we’ll provide a product of similar capability.

How to File a Claim: Notify support@dslrpros.com within 7 days of an incident. Ship the product using the label we provide.

Eligibility: Policy must be purchased before your product ships from DSLRPROS. Coverage applies only to the original purchaser.

Terms & Conditions
Introduction
This Extended Warranty Policy (“Policy”) is offered by Enterprise UAS, LLC dba “DSLRPROS” (“we,” “our,” “us”) to purchasers of eligible DJI equipment (“Covered Product”). This Policy provides additional protection beyond the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
By purchasing this Policy, the Customer (“you,” “your”) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.
Coverage Scope
This Policy covers:

Accidental damage caused by pilot error, collisions, drops, water damage, and signal interference.

Internal malfunctions due to covered operational incidents.
This Policy does not cover:
-
Intentional damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification of the Covered Product.

Loss or theft of the Covered Product.
-
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.) that does not affect functionality.

Normal wear and tear, consumables (e.g., propellers, batteries), or accessories not specifically covered.

Damage resulting from operation outside manufacturer guidelines.
Term of Coverage
This Policy is valid for thirteen (13) months from the date the Covered Products are shipped from the DSLRPROS warehouse. Coverage ends automatically at the expiration of this period, regardless of whether any replacement has been used.
Validity
In order for this Policy to be valid, it must be purchased before the Covered Products are shipped from the DSLRPROS warehouse.
This Policy will be deemed void under any of the following conditions:

Misuse of the Covered Product beyond the purposes for which it was manufactured, according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

Illegal use of the Covered Product, including operation in areas denied, or circumstances disallowed, by FAA rules. (for example, flying commercially without a Part 107 license, failing to have obtained proper authorization before flying, etc.)

Modification of the Covered Product, including firmware or software.

Resale or commercial rental of the Covered Product to other parties.
Replacement Terms
This Policy covers up to one (1) replacement of the Covered Product within the Term of Coverage. If an incident occurs that falls under the Scope of Coverage above (“Covered Incident”), DSLRPROS will replace the Covered Product with a new or refurbished version of the same model, at our discretion.
If a new or refurbished version of the same model is unavailable, DSLRPROS will use all commercially reasonable efforts to replace the Covered Product with the next available product of similar capability, not to exceed in value the original purchase price of the Covered Product.
Claim Process

Within 7 days of a Covered Incident, you must notify support@dslrpros.com. Be prepared to provide your original Order Number and details of the incident including the location, exact date and time, nature of the flight operation and details of FAA flight authorization.

DSLRPROS will provide you with a claim number and shipping label.

Use the provided shipping label to send the Covered Product to DSLRPROS within 7 days of receipt.
- Upon inspection and approval, DSLRPROS will ship a replacement to you. Investigations can take up to two weeks from receipt of the Covered Product, but could take longer depending on the specific condition of the Covered Product or the circumstances of the Covered Incident.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this Policy is limited to one replacement per Policy Term. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the original purchase price of the Covered Product.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to downtime, data loss, or lost business opportunities.
Force Majeure
DSLRPROS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under this Policy to the extent such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic, war, terrorism, embargoes, labor disputes or declarations of national emergency.
Transferability
This Policy applies only to the original purchaser of the Covered Product and Policy, and cannot be transferred or assigned.
Severability
If any provision of this Policy is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Such unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make enforceable, consistent with the original intent of the parties.
Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Entire Agreement
This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the extended warranty, and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
