I sent my Phantom to them after I flew it into a wall (long story). After reading reviews of repair companies I decided to go with them and I'm glad I did. The day my Pro was received by them I got a phone call to discuss what happened. They assessed the bird and recommended I do nothing. That's right. Nothing. They could have easily sold me stuff I didn't really "need," but they didn't. As long as I didn't mind some scuffs on the arms and landing gear, their assessment was all was good to go. I received my bird back in great condition (they did need to bend the shell back together where it had split and do a firmware update). They even included a lanyard in the box. No extra charge! I give them 5 stars for personal communication, fast service, and integrity; three attributes that are rare to find these days. Thanks!

I have nothing but good to say about them. They were very courteous and professional in all my dealings with them. After my drone arrived at their location, it wasn't long before they had it repaired, calibrated, and test flown. They then called me and informed me that everything was fixed and it was about to be shipped back to me. They took time in all my conversations to explain anything that I had a question about. I would recommend them to anyone needing anything related to a drone!

The service members that I talked to were first class employees. They were very knowledgeable of the process of getting my drone in for repairs and back home to me. My drone was repaired perfectly! So I went out to fly my drone a few weeks ago and accidentally pulled it the wrong way right into a tree. It fell 40ft and slammed into the roof of my house. The arms were bent and needless to say my Phantom was done for...or so I thought. I sent it to them, they contacted me throughout the process so I could keep track of it. Let me know how much the pieces would be, I thought it would cost me several hundred dollars to fix but it didn't! Very very reasonable price for the fix. Got it back a week later and just test flew it yesterday and all was good! Their team really are a great group of people to work with and will forever be my go to for drone services and products from here on out. THANKS!

Simply put, probably the single best service I've ever received from any company! Great guys and great service! Extensive repairs needed and their team knocked it out in a day! I'm local, so I was able to drop off, meet the guys, and discuss a few details while they wrote up the intake form. I received an email the next day stating what was need, along with the cost. I approved and within hours they wrote me back stating it was ready for pickup. Glad I have them close by to pick up accessories like props etc. when needed. I hope I don't need repairs again, but if so, it's the only place I'll go.

Perfectly repaired Phantom. Took a few weeks time but worth the wait. Got a rapid and polite response to every email I sent to customer service during the process. Worth the money, I paid $300 for 2-years insurance from CPS but after just one repair, they considered my insurance over. I much prefer this pay-as-you-go style and hopefully it will teach me to stop crashing my drone.

My wife got me my Mavic for Christmas and on my 2nd flight , you guessed it I crashed it. Mavic would fly but gimbal and camera just dangled from the drone. Yes the crash was my fault and have a Phantom which I learned to operate well. Feeling sick to my stomach I searched the web looking for help and found them. One phone call and was guided through the process to get the Mavic to them , repaired and returned to me.I was informed with each step they took and was pleased in the fast turn around. My only complaint was I wished they had a shop in Central NYS so I could stop and have coffee with these guys. So if and when you need any work on your Drone give them a call.

My Phantom 4 was attacked by a tree and fell into a lake. I was eventually able to retrieve it, broken and covered in sludge. I knew it was mission impossible when I sent it to them but I was heartbroken and willing to try anything. Most repair places will let you throw good money after bad till and in the end (of your money) tell you it isn't fixable. They were immediately upfront and told me it was beyond repair. They only charged me for the return shipping and refunded the rest. For that I gave them 5 stars. I have a new Phantom and if anything requires repair, I won't hesitate to send it to them again. I never write reviews, but after a few successful flights with my phantom, I had to share.

I'm really impressed with their crew! I shipped my wrecked Phantom 2k miles to them after an interference error caused it to drop out of the sky and tumble through 100ft tall trees. They did exactly as they promised. They contacted me after initial diagnosis and gave me both best and worse case scenarios. The communication was professional and thorough. After the initial wait in the queue, which took less than the 10-day estimate, they were very prompt. Did I mention how impressed I was at their communication? The Phantom is home again and functions as good as new. They installed a new shell, 4 new motors, and a new control board with no markup above retail on the parts. My bird came home fully repaired and functioning like new. Hats off to these guys!

I was pleasantly surprised with the turnaround time with this service. Once they received my Phantom, I got an email saying I would hear within a couple of weeks due to the current wait que. I received an email and phone message in 10 days. I got my drone fixed and it was immediately shipped back 100% functional. It looks like they even cleaned it up for me!!! The drone looked brand new. My repair technician was "Mike". He was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I cannot stress enough how happy I am with this service. No way I would ever send my drone back to DJI. I was one of those first time Phantom owners who got a little cocky about my new found skills and on my 3rd crashed it into a tree and watched it fall 30 feet to the pavement. The shell was broken and the camera gimbal and ribbon cables were snapped off. I found their online and saw overwhelmingly positive reviews so I sent my Phantom in. The whole service process was simple and the guys are easily accessible by phone and email if you have questions. They sent me a detailed report of the damage and the cost for repair. Even with having to order a new shell from DJI, they fixed it and had it back to me in 10 days. The Phantom flies perfectly and looks brand new. I'm sure I'll be crashing again and I will definitely use them again.

I was a little concerned sending my new Phantom 1400 miles to be fixed. I had lost the live video feeds & I worried if I sent it back to the manufacturer it might end up in China and would take months. I gave DJI service and them a call and talked to service tech's at both places. Afterwards, I just felt better sending it off to them. I am not sorry, they kept me informed each step of the way. I received several e-mails during the whole process, explaining what was done and what had been found. I believe them to be a company with high standards and a very professional approach to rapid and meticulous repairs. I wouldn't hesitate to send it back if it is ever required.

I have 6 grandkids - and struggle with how to keep up with them. So I bought a Phantom, added a GoPro camera and thought - perfect for grandpa and grandkids. The first time out, one of my grandkids was flying the Phantom and stepped on a hill of fire ants - dropped the controller and the Phantom went "south". One of the motors refused to recover from the mishap. (This is why there are grandpas in the world). I thought this would be a great grandpa repair job - so I ordered two motors from Amazon. I installed the motor and the same problem and one of the other motors refused to start. So I ordered another pair of motors, installed and the same problem - would not start up. So I found them, told them my tale of woe and they replied they would get back to me with the damage report. They replied quickly that I had installed the wrong (v1) motor instead of the v2 motor. Also one of the led light boards was ill. They replaced these parts, shipped the Phantom back to m along with the bad parts. I could not be happier. I tried to fly it and nothing - then I realized they could not test the Phantom without pairing it with their controller. So I paired the Phantom with my original controller and could not be happier. They were simply the best - timely, friendly on the phone with a grandpa in mild panic mode - and a success for my grandkids.

I had a problem with no live video on my Vision+, I called DJI several times and they had no idea what the problem was. I sent my Phantom to them, and they they found the problem fast, it was a bad wi-fi module in the quad. They replaced the unit, tested it, and sent the quad back quickly, and it works great. Their customer service is excellent, Conner answered all my questions, the service fee is very reasonable, and the repair time is quick, I highly recommend them for any repairs you need, they are the best.

I found the staff very helpful. They called me as soon as they received my drone and gave me their professional opinion regarding fixing or replacing. Unfortunately I had caused enough damaged that it made more sense to just replace the drone. I also got my replacement sooner that way. I felt the whole process went very smoothly. Now if I can keep my drone out of the trees all will be better.

I commend the work that was done to my quadcopter. It was sent in because one of the arms were bent and was not able to fly anymore. I sent it in with no problems and received a call a few weeks later telling me what was wrong and how much it would cost, which was not an unreasonable amount. The repair was done flawlessly, an advanced calibration was done so I didn't have to do one on when I received it, and I was good to go. I would recommend them to anyone, my experience was pleasant.

I can't say enough great things about this company. They kept me fully informed of the status of my repair. My drone was boarder line repair/replace. They put no pressure on me regarding my decision. I decided to replace my Phantom. They shipped my damaged quad back to me, even after I told them they could keep it for parts. Because of them going the extra mile, I was able to get a full replacement under SquareTrade warrant - which they no longer have. Thanks for returning my damaged drone even after I told you a week early you could keep it for parts. Got my check yesterday from SquareTrade. I will be doing business with them.

I can't praise the level of their service enough. Communication was terrific, and turnaround was next day after they received my unit. They even held the door open for me as I entered and exited the building when I picked up my craft! Thank you SO MUCH for getting me flying again!

I am based in San Francisco and I couldn't find any professional repair services in Northern California. I had attempted to repair the drone myself, and boy, was I getting frustrated. I crashed my drone and thought it needed one new motor. After attempting to repair it myself unsuccessfully I found them. This was super convenient and I will be using them again if I need repair services. These guys fixed my Phantom and got it back to me within a few weeks. They called and made sure that I authorized the charges for 4 motors and I was happy they called and shipped once I confirmed. Thanks guys! My drone works like it was brand new out of the box :)

They're awesome! They are much more affordable than DJI's own repair service and fix drones in less time! I had uprgraded from the DJI Phantom 3 to the Phantom 4 (the uncrashable drone) when on my first day, it switched to manual mode, drifted sideways into a city sksyscraper, fell 200ft and smashed to the ground. I thought all was lost and that I would have to sell this drone for parts. After grieving for several hours, I Googled affordable drone repair options. They came up in the search results. I sent the drone to them the next day. They diagnosed the problem in a few days and I got my drone fixed in three weeks! It sounds like a lot of time, but it was quick compared to how long it would take if I used DJI's own repair service! My drone came back to me completely rebuilt, looking and working like new! I've been using it several months after I got it fixed and I almost forgot it ever crashed! The even shipped it back as if it were a new DJI product, in neat packaging. They also sent back the old parts so I know it was fixed! If I ever have the unfortunate event of crashing a drone again, I will use them! And you should, too!
