Flight Safety

Obstacle Avoidance - The Matrice 210 RTK V2 combines an impressive array of features to improve flight safety. A FlightAutonomy system, powered by three different sensor systems (downward vision, upward infrared sensor, and forward vision) provides advanced obstacle avoidance, precision hovering, and improved flight accuracy.

Anti-Collision Beacons - Top and bottom anti-collision beacons offer improved visibility in dim lighting conditions to other nearby operators, while also helping the pilot keep a visual line of sight.

DJI AirSense - The Matrice 210 RTK V2 comes equipped with a built-in ADS-B receiver to enable the DJI AirSense Technology. This system automatically provides the pilot with real-time information about other aircraft in flight nearby, increasing airspace safety.

Calibration - The addition of a payload can interfere with a drone’s center of gravity, but with the M210 RTK V2, users can adjust this through the DJI Pilot app for improved safety and flight performance.

RTK - The M210 RTK (Real Time Kinematics), offers more a stable GPS lock in environments with high electromagnetic interference such as around power lines. This ability allows greater precision for data collection in surveying, mapmaking, and photogrammetry, making it the logical choice for industries such as engineering, construction, and mining.

Data Security

Transmission - The OcuSync 2.0 transmission system provides for stable and reliable HD image and video transfer at distances of up to 8 km. AES-256 Encryption ensures that your critical data is secure during transmission.

TimeSync - For absolute precision in data collection, the TimeSync system continuously aligns controller, camera, GPS module, RTK module, and other payloads or accessories. This ensures that accurate position data of each image is fixed to the center of the CMOS for precise geo-tagging.

Discreet Mode - When discretion is required, the pilot can turn off all the lights onboard the M210 RTK V2, allowing for unobtrusive drone operations.

Gimbal Configuration & Payloads

The Matrice 210 RTK V2 offers 3 different gimbal configurations - a single downward gimbal, dual downward gimbals, or a single upward gimbal - allowing you to customize the drone and its data-gathering capabilities for your precise industrial needs.

Compatible cameras include the Zenmuse X4S, X5S, X7, XT, XT2, and Z30. For surveying and mapping applications, the X4S is ideal with its ability to shoot 20MP stills with a leaf shutter. The X5S, with its interchangeable lenses and extremely high-resolution imagery, is ideal for creative applications such as professional photography and videography. The XT and XT2 provide thermal imaging, and are perfect for use on inspections, firefighting, and search & rescue. When detailed inspections are required, the Z30 is the best camera for the job, with a 30x optical zoom.

Third-party sensors also easily integrate with the Matrice 210 RTK V2 with the DJI Skyport. This makes it easy, for instance, to use the Micasense RedEdge-M, Altum, or RedEdge-MX for agricultural applications.
