Is the Matrice 400 Energy and Utility Inspection Package NDAA-compliant?

No. Both the DJI Matrice 400 and the DJI Zenmuse H30T are DJI products and are not NDAA-compliant. Does the BS100 battery station fast charge on a standard US outlet?

Not at its fastest rate. The BS100 recharges a TB100 in approximately 45 minutes in Fast Charging Mode at 220 V, but standard US outlets supply 110 V, where the same charge takes approximately 70 minutes. The 220 V cable required for the faster rate is not included with the station and must be sourced separately. Silent Mode charging takes approximately 110 minutes regardless of input voltage. All figures are measured at 77 degrees Fahrenheit (25 degrees Celsius).

What temperature range can the Zenmuse H30T measure?

The H30T measures from minus 4 to 302 degrees Fahrenheit (minus 20 to 150 degrees Celsius) in high gain mode and from 32 to 1112 degrees Fahrenheit (0 to 600 degrees Celsius) in low gain mode. Those ranges cover the great majority of utility inspection work, including conductor splices, transformer bushings, and solar cell hotspots. An optional infrared density filter extends the ceiling to 2912 degrees Fahrenheit (1600 degrees Celsius), but that filter is not included with this package. Thermal sensitivity is rated at 50 mK NETD or better.

Does this package include an RTK base station?

No. The Matrice 400 is RTK-capable and delivers 1 cm plus 1 ppm horizontal accuracy, but a correction source is required to reach that figure. Operators can add a DJI D-RTK 3 Multifunctional Station or D-RTK 2 Mobile Station, both sold separately, or subscribe to a network RTK service. Note that network RTK services bind to the remote controller rather than to the aircraft.

Are memory cards included with the Zenmuse H30T?

No. The H30T ships with the gimbal camera, a storage case, and a cleaning cloth only. Recording requires a microSD card rated U3, Class 10, or V30 or above, formatted to exFAT.
