HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1: Purchase Your Drone Repair Service
Add the item to your cart and check out as you normally would.

STEP 2: Send Us Your Drone
Please package and ship your drone and remote controller only in a standard shipping box once you have purchased the repair service. The cost of returning your aircraft in an oversized case may be higher. We ask that you not include batteries, chargers, or any other accessories.

STEP 3: Diagnosis & Cost Estimate

Our highly skilled technicians will diagnose your aircraft to determine what repair is needed. After they have determined the necessary parts, they will contact you for approval to begin the repair.

Do not worry, labor is covered by the original repair service purchase.

We want to get you back in the air as quickly as possible by providing expert service for your drone. With the exception of cameras and gimbals, most repairs can be completed with less than $400 in parts. A pre-approval in this amount is required in order to expedite the repair. We will charge you the lesser amount for parts used if they cost less than $400. When the cost of necessary parts exceeds $400, a repair technician will contact you to discuss and approve before proceeding.

STEP 4: Physical Repair
When you approve the parts for your repair, our technicians will get to work repairing your drone!

STEP 5: Fine-Tuning & Testing
Prior to sending your repaired drone, we make sure all of the firmware is updated and that the sensors have been calibrated before we take it out for a thorough test flight to ensure it is in top shape.

STEP 6: Return Shipping

Our repair service includes UPS Ground shipping (in the continental U.S.). We will ship your drone back in a standard shipping box with custom foam to guarantee your aircraft's safety.
