This Policy provides additional protection beyond the manufacturer’s standard warranty.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBy purchasing this Policy, you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eCoverage scope\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis Policy covers:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAccidental damage caused by pilot error, collisions, drops, water damage, and signal interference\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eInternal malfunctions resulting from covered operational incidents\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis Policy does not cover:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eIntentional damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eLoss or theft\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eCosmetic damage that does not affect functionality\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eNormal wear and tear or consumable items such as propellers and batteries\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eDamage caused by operation outside manufacturer guidelines\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eTerm of coverage\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis Policy is valid for thirteen (13) months from the date the Covered Product ships from the DSLRPros warehouse. Coverage ends automatically at the expiration of this period, regardless of whether a replacement has been used.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eValidity\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis Policy must be purchased before the Covered Product ships from the DSLRPros warehouse.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis Policy is void if:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe product is misused beyond manufacturer guidelines\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe product is used illegally, including operation in violation of FAA regulations\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe product is modified, including firmware or software alterations\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe product is resold or rented to another party\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eReplacement terms\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis Policy covers up to one (1) replacement during the coverage term. If a covered incident occurs, DSLRPros will replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of the same model, at our discretion.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf the same model is unavailable, a product of similar capability may be provided, not exceeding the original purchase price.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eClaim process\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003col\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eNotify  \u003ca href=\"mailto:support@dslrpros.com\"\u003esupport@dslrpros.com\u003c\/a\u003e  within 7 days of the incident. Be prepared to provide your order number and incident details, including date, location, and FAA authorization information.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eDSLRPros will issue a claim number and shipping label\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eShip the product within 7 days using the provided label\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eUpon inspection and approval, a replacement will be shipped. Investigation may take up to two weeks or longer depending on circumstances.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ol\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eLimitation of liability\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLiability under this Policy is limited to one replacement per term and shall not exceed the original purchase price.
