Are you ready to upgrade your drone but don’t know what to do with your old one? DSLRPros wants your used UAVs and equipment and we are ready to pay for them! When you sell your craft to DSLRPros, you have the option of being paid in store credit which can be used to buy a new drone or you can be paid in CASH.
The consumer and enterprise level drone market is rapidly expanding and new technology is being incorporated into these amazing crafts every year. Keep up with the latest advancements and make sure your drone is ready for anything by selling us your old equipment and upgrading to new gear from DSLRPros.
Unregister your craft with the FAA. Remove any sensitive data from the craft and the controller.
Safely package your craft and ship to DSLRPros with the product number written on the outside of the box.

Our trained and experienced technicians examine your craft inside and out.
The value of the craft is determined by its operational hours, the condition of key components, and the current retail price of the craft.

A DSLRPros associate will notify you of the condition and value of yourcraft.
You then have the option of receiving a direct payment for the value of the craft OR store credit. Note that store credit will always be of higher value.
Step 4
If you decide that you want to finish the transaction, DSLRPros will authorize your payment and, if you choose to upgrade to a new craft, help you select the right product with the latest technology and flight capabilities.

What if I think my craft is worth more than is offered?
Customers have the option to decline DSLRPros’ offer for their craft. In this event, customers are responsible for the price of return shipping.
Should I ship my drone in a protective case?
It is strongly encouraged that you take every precaution with your drone during the shipping process. If you have a tough case that you use to transport your drone to work sites, it is recommended that you use it to ship your drone. DSLRPros will not pay for the case or return it but you will ensure that your craft will be in the best possible condition and worth the greatest value for buy back purposes.
What is the safest and most environmentally conscious way to get rid of my old drone?
By selling your drone to DSLRPros, you are effectively extending the life of the craft. Rather than ending up in a landfill, your drone will continue to be used. Many component parts can be used as replacement parts for other crafts thus extending the life of other drones. Selling your drone to DSLRPros is good for the planet and great for your wallet!
Shipping Instructions
1. Disassemble all outer parts of your flying device such as propellers, mounting accessories, transmitters, etc. Put any loose screws or connectors in a plastic bag and include with craft.
2. Secure gimbal camera with a gimbal lock or protector. Wrap larger parts such as gimbals as well as the drone itself in bubble wrap.
3. Use a new, sturdy cardboard box and assemble. Fill the bottom of the box with cushioning materials.
4. Wrap larger parts such as gimbals as well as the drone itself in bubble wrap.
5. Place the drone in the box. Add more cushioning to fill empty spaces.
6. Place the bag with screws, connectors, etc. in the box. Include any gimbals, propellers, or other equipment.
7. Make sure the there is enough cushioning material between the drone and its disassembled parts.
8. Close the box and seal the box with adhesive tape.
Terms & conditions
Decommission your Aircraft by cancelling your FAA number(s). Also remove any sensitive flight information or data from the aircraft. If you would like to save your flight records, go into your DJI account and sync them to the DJI cloud.
Ship the equipment back to us, with the number labeled on the outside of the box. Please do not include any batteries in your shipment! Please take them to a recycling center or other certified battery disposal location.
Once we assess/confirm the trade-in value, our Associates reach out to you and let you know the trade-in credit that will be applied to you.
If you choose to decline our offer, return shipping must be provided by the customer.
Aircraft and R/C must be packaged correctly in order to keep aircraft’s integrity. Water Damaged Drones will not be accepted in the program.
We are not liable for any damage prior to receiving in our facilities.
