User-Specific Camera Models
While the DJI Zenmuse XT can perform precise temperature scans right out of the box, it can be upgraded to include Radiometric capabilities for added thermal imaging features. Below are the two different Zenmuse XT camera models with unique capabilities to suit specific user needs:
Designed for inspectors as it requires a simple tap of a pixel on the screen to get accurate (low/average/high) temperature measurements of that specific area.
Capable of doing quick and real-time visualizations of temperature differences and estimates at the center of the camera view. It is ideal for emergency responders in need of visual assistance in firefighting and rescue operations.

To achieve accurate and reliable infrared or thermal imagery, the Zenmuse XT utilizes FLIR’s on-board suite of image enhancement options. It offers the following for each of your unique image optimization needs:

Smart Scene Optimization™ (SSO) - for enhancing peak differences in bimodal scenes
Active Contrast Enhancement™ (ACE) - for using contrast in showing temperature differences in a scene

Seamless Integration and Compatibility
Full compatibility with the DJI SDK app allows the Zenmuse XT to have complete access to some of the best DJI drone features, such as Intelligent Flight Modes, long-range video transmission, and flight customization and control over the gimbal and other camera subsystems. It allows the camera to work with the Matrice 100, Matrice 200 Series, Matrice 600, and Inspire 1, with which the Zenmuse XT can capture detailed thermal aerial imagery within seconds, take off in record time, and go on long flights (up to 35 minutes).
